Is the shipping fee refundable for returns or exchange items?
sorry that the shipping fee is non-refundable for returns. and the buyers are responsible for the return shipping fee
Is there any shipping fee need to be deducted for returned order for free shipping orders?
For those free shipping orders, we will deduct US$10 per each item as shipping fee for returns for refund.
Will the selller re-ship the items if buyers put the wrong shipping address?
Yes, we will re-ship the order after the order return to sender successfully. Buyers are responsible to pay the re-shipment fee in this situation. For those free shipping order, we will collect US$6 per item for re-shipment arrangment.
